Guitars!
These is my beastie axes and fx stuff and random stuff i use to create lovely music.
Epiphone SG Custom
This is undoubtably one of the most beautiful guitars ever made, and is excellent value for money. i feel privelidged to own it. In a 'guitarist' magazine review it got 4.5 out of 5, the only thing wrong with it was the ORANGE, yes ORANGE selector switch head, which stands out like my brother in a big gathering of straight people. notice how on the big advertising shot below, the horrible orange switch head has been cunningly replaced with a tasteful white one. heres a picture of it so's you can marvel.

by the way, the epiphone site has been updated and has some rather nifty navigation things, so if you want to nick code heres the site: http://www.epiphone.com
Fender P-bass
This is a nice bass, but was fubar when i got it, and so it has undergone an extensive renovation programme, including a new pickguard, new lacquering and painting, rewiring, and a funky dragon design courtesy of claire. (tnx :) )

Zoom GFX 707

What can you do with the 707? what can't you do? As ian so rightly declared, "can make your guitar sound like anything from a diesel locomotive to a dying girraffe". my most recent achievement is creating a patch that mimics annoying modem noises almost exactly, and one which goes 'wibble wibble wibble NARRGH!' before descending into a squelchy 'phhhhhrrrp'. also, you will be pleased to know, it is also possible to have 'normal' guitar sounds, so far i have done ac/dc and greenday ones. you may notice how this picture has exactly the same background colour as ians site.
Deluxe Fat Strat (squier of course)
my first guitar. nasty but nice.. heres the stats:
Finish (underneath stickers): sunburst
Stickers: lots, including pokemon
Damage: extensive
Pickups: 2 single coil, after i nicked the humbucker to put in another guitar, my velvet sg not yet complete. bizzarrely, sounds better than before with a single coil in bridge and neck.
Switching: annoying
Headstock: yes
Furry Gonks: 3 oh no actually 2, one fell off.
Strings: 12 guage (beefy!)

Strings n Picks
I like rotosound reds for the beefy ones on the strat, on my SG i use d'addario XL yellows, they have quite fat strings for the e a d so you get good power chords, and skinny ones good for widdly solos etc and bending (start at 9s) for the g b e.
I use dunlop tortex sharps wherever possible, i also like d'andrea pro grips coz theyre purple and easy to hold on to.
i also own a thumbpick. wow. (03/03/01 - i broke it yesterday actually)

these are a selection of my plecs, along with some of the strings i use, my pokemon pickholder, and a set of bass strings with possibly the gayest bassist ever on the front. next time i go round to pete's i will scan the cover of the packet, so you can see how truly gay this guy is.
